Does the rug doctor work well.
The only problem i have had with the rug doctor machine is that it really soaks your carpet.
But the manufacturer recommends against using their machine on certain natural fibers.
I bought a bissell steam cleaner for under 150 and it works far better and dries in less than 3 hours.
In theory this should mean a shorter drying time for your carpets but the rug we cleaned still took several hours to dry out completely.
Regardless of which machine you use to scrub your floors it s going to remain wet for at least a few hours.
